HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Delivery times vary by country and zip code area. If you have placed your order before 19:30h it will be shipped the same day. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.Almost all packages for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, England, France, Switzerland and Italy will be delivered the next day. For other countries, remote areas and islands the delivery may take 1 or 2 days longer. The transport service determines the route of your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship our packages from Monday to Friday until 19:30. Customers from the Netherlands and Belgium (only in regions where PostNL operates) who place an order on Friday will receive it on Saturday. Customers from other countries will receive their order placed on Friday the following Monday. 

WITH WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

We work with PostNL and UPS. PostNL delivers in the Netherlands and border areas in Belgium. UPS provides our deliveries throughout Europe.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

In your order confirmation you will find the track & trace code. So you can check where your package is at all times.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes you can! Login, go to ‘account & settings’ and change your delivery address in your address book. Please note! Once an order has been placed the address cannot be changed. So make sure you check your delivery address carefully before placing the order.
