We can ship orders containing lithium products and loose lithium batteries internationally via UPS Express.

Because the transport of lithium batteries is subject to additional safety and transport regulations, these shipments are processed separately by our team.

Which products are covered?

This includes, among others:

  • Rechargeable accessories

  • Electronic products with a built-in battery

  • Loose batteries for mobile phones

  • Other loose or built-in lithium batteries

Order before 17:00

Does your order contain lithium products or loose lithium batteries? Place your order before 17:00 for the fastest possible processing.

For lithium shipments, we need to carry out additional procedures before the package can be handed over to UPS. This includes additional checks, proper processing and packaging, and the required shipping documentation.

Orders containing lithium products that are placed after 17:00 may therefore not be processed on the same day.

This condition applies exclusively to orders containing lithium products or loose lithium batteries. Our normal processing applies to regular orders without lithium products.

International shipping via UPS Express

Lithium-containing products and loose lithium batteries are shipped internationally exclusively via UPS Express.

This allows us to ship these products quickly and in accordance with the applicable transport regulations to our international customers.

Fixed lithium surcharge

A fixed lithium surcharge is charged for every lithium shipment, in addition to the regular UPS Express shipping costs.

This fixed surcharge applies due to the additional handling, checks, and transport requirements that apply to shipments containing lithium batteries.

Ordering lithium products?

Do you need lithium products, products with a built-in battery, or loose phone batteries? You can simply include them in your order.

Please note that lithium shipments are only sent via UPS Express, that a fixed lithium surcharge applies, and that we recommend placing your order before 17:00 for the fastest possible processing.
