What’s New on iPhone 17?

  • iPhone 17 Air
    insanely thin (about 5.5 mm!) and super light. Gorgeous, but tighter guts = trickier repairs.
  • iPhone 17 Pro & Pro Max
    Apple ditched titanium and went back to aluminium frames. Easier to work with, and a bit lighter in hand.
  • iPhone 17 A19 Chips
    A19 for the 17 & Air, A19 Pro for the power users. Expect more speed, better cooling, and new diagnostics with iOS 26.
  • iPhone 17 Screens
    ProMotion 120 Hz is now standard. Beautiful to look at, but screen swaps need the right parts.
  • iPhone 17 Cameras
    Front cam jumps to 24 MP, rear up to 48 MP (and some wild zoom on the Pros).
  • iPhone 17 Battery & Connectivity:
    Bigger batteries across the line (Pro Max finally cracks 5,000 mAh).
    Some models are eSIM-only, so no SIM tray repairs there.
