Was ist eine Garantie?

A warranty is a promise that a product will work as expected for a set period. If it has manufacturing defects, it may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, as per the warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover

  • Physical damage
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Damage cause after installation

What is RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization)?

An RMA is the process for returning
products due to defects, incorrect shipments, or other eligible issues.

  • Requests must be submitted through your account
  • Returns require approval before shipping
  • All returned items are inspected
  • Resolution may include refund, replacement, or credit

Returns for Unused / Ordered by Mistake

We understand that sometimes parts are
ordered but no longer needed, for example due to a cancelled repair,
misdiagnosis, or ordering error.

To support our customers, we exceptionally
accept returns of unused products under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • The reason must be clearly stated as “ordered by mistake”

Furthermore the product must be:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In perfect condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage, writing, stickers, or markings

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible
for this type of return:

  • Zubehör
  • Complete devices
  • Apple Service Pack spare parts

We reserve the right to reject returns that
do not meet these conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Installed products that were not tested beforehand
  • Verbogene, gerissene oder beschädigte Flexkabel
  • Physical damage, improper use, or tampering
  • Accidental damage or mishandling
  • Any non-4Phones product

Allgemeine Rückgabebedingungen

  • RMA must be registered in your account before returning
  • Products must be tested before installation
  • Clearly mark shipments as RMA
  • Return items in original condition and packaging
  • Missing or damaged items may lead to rejection or partial
    refund
  • Protective foils and labels must remain intact until testing is
    complete

Refunds are calculated based on the lower of
the purchase price or the current product price at the time of return, unless
stated otherwise.

How to Avoid Rejected RMAs

To ensure smooth processing:

  • Test Before Installation
  • Handle Flex Cables Carefully
  • Keep Foils & Labels Intact
  • Use Proper Protective Packaging

Order Discrepancies & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Products / Missing Items /
Product Damage on arrival (4Phones Responsibility)

  • Any issue with the order caused by 4Phones (e.g. wrong product,
    missing item, or product received damaged) must be communicated within a
    maximum of 3 days after delivery.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted
  • Please provide clear evidence (photos and description)
  • After validation, an appropriate resolution will be provided
    (replacement, credit, or refund)

Box Damage by Courier

  • If the package arrives with visible external damage, this must
    be reported to 4Phones on the same day of delivery.
  • Customers are advised to check the package upon receipt
  • If damage is visible, take photos before opening the parcel
  • If not reported on the delivery day, no warranty or claim can
    be accepted for transport-related damage
